Cancellation Policy

If AKT Now Tutoring is notified of a cancellation more than 24 hours ahead of the scheduled start time, there will be no penalty.

If AKT Now Tutoring is notified within that 24 hour window, or is not notified at all, the session will be counted forfeited and no refund or credit will be issued.

Grace Cancellation

Families receive one "grace cancellation" per 6 months in which they will not be penalized for cancelling within the 24 hour window so long as an email was sent to the tutor ahead of time.

No-shows will never count for grace cancellations.
